About Gallon House Gin
Gallon House Gin is our Oregon craft gin. Juniper leads, with coriander and spice woven through citrus brightness and floral lift, finishing on a subtle cucumber sweetness. Hand-distilled at our distillery in Silverton. 88 proof, 44% ABV, 750ml.
The name comes from the historic Gallon House Bridge a few miles up the road from us, where bootleggers traded moonshine by the gallon during Prohibition. We named the gin after that bridge because the same swagger pours out of every bottle. That backwoods nerve still runs through every pour. Enjoy a glass and you'll be closer to that bridge than you think.
